Independance Day Celebrations!

July 4th is right around the corner !

Both Hatteras &  Ocracoke Islands have awesome family friendly festivities to help you celebrate Independence Day!

Ocracoke Island
Celebrate the 4th a day early on Ocracoke Island!

July 3rd
Fireworks Display @ Dusk
Fireworks will be set off at the southern end of the island. Guests can get a great view of the display from the Silver Lake Harbor.

Ocracoke Square Dance
The Community Square will be hosting a traditional Ocracoke Square Dance featuring legendary local band, Molasses Creek!

DJ Party
DJ Tommy Hutcherson will be spinning your favorite hits before and after the fireworks display at the National Park Service Docks.

Hatteras Island

5th Annual Golf Cart Parade @ Hatteras Village - 5:30 p.m.
Head down to Hatteras Village to watch the Annual July 4th Golf Cart Parade! Golf carts will be decorated in celebration of the 4th and will be making a loop around Hatteras Village.

July 4th Celebration @ Koru Beach Klub - 7 p.m.
Start the 4th off right with a live concert at the Beach Klub! Country music singer Bryan Mayer will be performing, along with poolside fire dancing. After the concert, catch the fireworks display right from the Beach Klub's oceanfront deck!

Fireworks Display @ Avon Fishing Pier - 9:15 p.m.
Come out early and grab s post on the beach for a front row seat to the firework display. Parking is limited, so take advantage of Avon's Bike Path to walk or bike over the beach. Arrive early for the best seats!

Club Hatteras Pool will be open late on July 4th! Bring the family over for an early swim in the pool and then stay to watch the fireworks display right from the pool deck. 

Fireworks After Party @ Turner's High Moon Bar - 9:30 p.m.
Head over to Turner's after the fireworks for a night of dancing! Late night menu will be available too. Must be 21+.
